As people of faith, we are mandated to care for ourselves, for others, and for the world we live in.  Our love for and citizenship in the Kingdom of God bids us to care for the bodies, minds, and souls of our fellow pilgrims — especially those who are most fragile and marginalized.  And, while attending to immediate needs, we’re also called to give special attention to the social systems that cause or contribute to the destruction of human lives and communities.

As Episcopalians, our baptismal covenant makes clear the nature and trajectory of faithful Christian living — directing our formation toward not only those matters that foster orthodoxy (right praise or belief), such as prayer, study, and regular worship, but also toward those matters that foster orthopraxy (right practice), such as peace and justice ministries which flow naturally from a committed respect and defense of the integrity of every human being.

Please do join us and energize us for our ministry in the world, as we seek to live into the prayer Jesus taught us — “Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
